We follow the IICRC standards of cleaning which means every job starts with the testing of carpet fibers and thorough vacuuming, taking great care to protect your property before the hot water extraction process starts.

After pre-spraying with the appropriate chemicals, our rotary jet cleaning machine delivers an amazing clean while our powerful vacuum extracts more moisture than traditional wand cleaning, leaving carpets cleaner and dryer. By adding fans to each room as we finish, we aid in the drying process so you can enjoy your clean carpets quicker and reduce the risk of rapid re-soiling. Any remaining stains are then spot cleaned to the best of the carpet's ability to withstand more cleaning.

Carpets normally dry within 6-8 hours of cleaning under ideal conditions of humidity and temperature. Should we notice anything that needs extra care or attention, we'd contact the client before proceeding. We take great care of the details, which takes a bit longer, but the results will speak for themselves.

Our portable machines also allow us to service sky risers, condo buildings and office spaces that may not be serviceable by truck mount, as long as there is power and water available.

Estimates are based on square footage, amount of stairs/closets, level of soiling and stains, location and access. Each of these factors can change an estimate which is why we only do custom estimates for each project and may even visit the property to do the estimate.
