A clear seal can be added to your floors after a deep cleaning and will be an add-on service to tile and grout cleaning. This is wonderful for sandy porous stone tiles that attracts oily spills permanently. A good clear seal will darken the grout color, so a test and approval is needed before proceeding. No matter how good the grout installer is, there will always be natural variations in grout color/evenness which is not as visible when grout is completely dry. However, clear sealer gives a "wet" look so whatever is below a clear seal will be amplified and any uneven colors or stains will become very noticeable. This is why we highly suggest color sealing your grout before applying a clear seal for a more even color of your grout.
